                         MEDITATION – ITS IMPORTANCE


Daily practise the meditation. It gives us inner strength. While meditating we will get or grab the Vishva shakthi or Universal  power from the Universe. It is very essential for our survival on this Earth. We can’t get this much of power from any other sources than Meditation. The people those who are practising the Meditation regularly they are protected by a shield called Strong ARA. The things and the situations in the outer world could not show the effect on them. They will live a balanced life without any Physical and Mental disorders.
               We all know the importance of Meditation. But we procrastinate. Sometimes we will start it band end up within 5 or 6 days. Any thing we are practising continuosly and consistently upto 21 days it will become into Habit. To habituate the Meditation in an easy way in the initial stage as a first step I am explaining simple and smart 5 minuits Meditation. Small actions and small wins will give the momentum to us to continue any of the process. That is the reason first we are going through the 5 minuits Meditation.
       STEP NO: 01       Get ready for this process. Sit comfortably in a calm and peaceful place . Close your eyes. Take a long and deep breath and slowly exhale it. Do it again. Practise it upto 1 minuite.
      STEP NO: 02  Sit calmly with closed eyes. Observe your breath. In Meditation at the early stage so many thoughts will come to your consciousness and will disturb you. Don’t bother about them, it is common thing. Let them come and go. Maintain inner silence. Continue this step upto 2 minuits.


     STEP NO: 03 Sit in the same way and visualise your day in a happiest way. Ex.. You completed the project and getting compliments from your boss.
          If you are a student visualise that you got the top marks in the exam and with your family you are celebrating the moment.
         If you are attending the interviews visualise that you cracked  the interview and got the job. You are celebrating this beautiful moment with your friends in a famous restaurant. Like that what are you expecting in your life visualise that ther are already there in your life.
              This is very easy to practise and we able to habituate the Meditation process. Once we are habituated , then we are  able toincrease the time line upto 30 to 45 minuits. Once we taste the the  results of Meditation definitely we will continue it.

                                                             AFFIRMATIONS


                       After  5 minuits of Meditation process say 3 to 5 Affirmations [empowering statements] aloud with conviction to shift your vibrations and reprogram your mind.

          * Write your victory log for the  day.  It means write your small wins of the day.  Example :  I  successfully completed my 30 minuits walking.
       I read a book [ 10 pages] .
      * Programme your goals – for each goal affirm and visualise for 1 to 2 minuits believing that the goal is already achieved.
* Then go to sleep.
