HOW TO PRACTISE MORNING RITUALS
Rituals means a series of spiritual actions consistently and regularly repeating. In ancient days also our ancestors were performed
all the morning rituals in their own way . That is the reason they lived more than 100 years without any mental and physical health issues. If you are performing the morning rituals definitely 100 % you will be benefited. This will transform your life into an extraordinary level. Then how to start morning rituals? Here is the process….
Early morning wake up at 4.30 A.M or 5 A.M Through morning rituals we are filling our conscious mind with positive emotions. Start your day with a prayer to your beloved God or Universe. Next start to write gratitude. “ Gratitude = Vitamin G . Gratitude is the best medicine to solve all our problems. Gratitude has the ability to increase our vibration. Then how to write the gratitude statements? First maintain a gratitude journal [note book]. Next step is express your feelings with elevated emotions while writing the gratitude journal. In our body each and every cell has to feel the emotions.
Start your gratitude statement like this:
Thank you dear God for giving me one more beautiful and most productive day in my life to live long and grow”.

Daily atleast write 5 gratitude statements. Gratitude to Money, to your parents, to your life partner, to your kids, to the beautiful nature, to your dream home, to your relatives, to your friends, to your Gurus and to your body parts. Daily select one area. Ex: One day Gratitude to your parents and your family members. And the next day write gratitude to the beautiful Nature etc..
For example one gratitude statement I am presenting here.
“My Dear God I am so greatful and thankful to my parents because they gave me birth and they showered their unconditional love on me. They are my strength .

This is just an example statement. In your heart whatever you are feeling you have to express it. To each each and every gratitude statement you have to use the phrase “BECAUSE” and end the statement by writing thank you by 3 times.
One more example statement to our body and body parts
‘Dear God I am so greatful and thankful to my healthy body and all my body parts because I am doing all my works properly ,independently and enjoying the healthy and happy life with my family by knowing my purpose.

Appreciation is nothing but feeling greatful for something. Self appreciation is necessary. You are Unique. If you are not appreciating yourself no one will appreciate you. If you want to be happy always never criticise your life partner, your children, your neighbours, relatives, friends and mainly your company and colleagues where youare working. Life is all about appreciation. Understand the reality and live in reality. Daily appreciate yourself for your small wins. Example: If you have wake up 2 minuits early than yesterday , appreciate yourself. If you walking only 10 minuits in a day or reading 2 pages in a book appreciate yourself for your small actions and small wins. It gives you positive energy. Each one in your life deserve appreciation. Appreciate everyone.
Appreciate your life partner for their support in your work, appreciate your kids for their small wins, appreciate your parents for their love . Try to appreciate atleast 50 persons in a day. Keep on appreciating. Make your appreciation as simple by using EMOGIS.

FORGIVENESS
In our daily life we face some problems with our family members, relatives, friends, neighbours and with our boss or colleagues. In some situations we became anger. We get frustrated sometimes. These emotional baggage [ in the form of fear, guilt, shame ,anger, frustration] and pain we are carrying from years and years.If you have any issue with a person before 10 years , at present by seeing that person after so many years also you will have the same anger, same feelings on that person. By carrying all these negative emotions are you getting benefited or going to win anOlympic medal. Otherwise your name is going to be recorded in Guinness Book ? Why to carry all this scrap.
